Patient Outcome Measures
When you come to see Dr Jarrett, our goal is not just to treat your condition — it is to understand how it is affecting your life and to track how well your treatment is working over time. One of the best ways we do this is by asking you to complete a short questionnaire called a Patient-Rated Outcome Measure, or PROM.
A PROM is a series of simple questions — answered by you — about your pain levels, how well you can perform everyday tasks, and how your condition is affecting your daily life. There are no right or wrong answers; we simply want to hear honestly how you are feeling. The whole process usually takes less than five minutes.
Your responses give Dr Jarrett a clear, consistent picture of your progress at each stage of your care — before treatment, after surgery, and during your recovery. This information helps guide your individual treatment plan, ensures nothing is being missed, and allows us to measure the real-world results of your care. Across our patient community, this data also helps us continuously improve the outcomes we deliver.
