LAUNCH OF NEW PATIENT INFORMATION BOOKLET
We are delighted that our new patient information book, which we have been working on for many months has arrived back from the printers ready for our patients. The A4 64-page book is an excellent resource for our patients and General Practitioners alike and it contains information and illustrations direct from Mr Paul Jarrett about the anatomy of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, the main conditions affecting these areas and the current treatments available.
The information contained within the new patient booklet will shortly be rolled out into our new revised website and any suggestions on the book would be welcomed as we hope to improve it even further with time.
All patients who have been to see Paul prior 20th March 2017 who would like a copy of the book, either in electronic format or a paper version please let us know and we would be pleased to supply you with one; Phone: 1300 527 738 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
