Update on staff training
Staff education and training is important to us.
Recently Mikayla Kirschke, our Senior Specialist Medical Clinical Secretary, attended a course facilitated by Australian Institute of Management Western Australia entitled “New Supervisor”. The purpose of this course is to provide Mikayla with training enable her to reach her optimum level of effectiveness, to embrace the relationships between supervisor and worker and ensure that those she is supervising are effective and able to identify and reach goals and objectives.
Mikayla will take on the role of Supervisor for our newest member of staff who will be starting with us in mid January, 2018. We are very excited to welcome this new member and we will be sharing this with you in the new year when we begin this journey with her.
We would like to thank Mikayla for attending this course and agreeing to undertake this new role for the Clinic.
Merry Christmas
Once again we would like to remind you of the dates that our Clinic will remain unattended. The Clinic will be closed from 4.30pm on Friday 22nd December, 2017 and reopening at 8.30am on Tuesday 2nd January, 2018.
